When Giada was born, and pretty much the first three months of my life I felt like my own life was a constant chaos and that I was never going to figure things out or get a routine going. And then I did. We were even starting to make time for our selves. And as soon as I got it all figured out, I had to go back to work. Now my whole schedule is all messed up and I don't even know where to start. If I had to work the same days every week, I would have an easier time figuring it out. But I don't. It always changes, and I am back in the overly tired, chaotic momma mode. <br />I'm so glad that you're able to figure things out for yourself though :-)Tatianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12499818862831336384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7217731282921045344.post-29052215353246941302011-08-19T10:32:09.863-04:002011-08-19T10:32:09.863-04:00I hope you're able to enjoy some quality time ...I hope you're able to enjoy some quality time together! It's easy to just want to zone out at the end of the day, but I hope you're able to engage in some meaningful conversation and enjoy just being together :)sherri lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01163745861776236657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7217731282921045344.post-69726004707934364452011-08-18T12:25:59.678-04:002011-08-18T12:25:59.678-04:00It is a tough balancing act that's for sure. ...It is a tough balancing act that's for sure. Hope you guys spend some quality "us" time. And yes once we figure this out the next one will come along and throw everything out the window again! :)Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09376889141903161184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7217731282921045344.post-7213874649945714292011-08-18T12:18:45.041-04:002011-08-18T12:18:45.041-04:00I don't have kids yet, but I have DEFINITELY h...I don't have kids yet, but I have DEFINITELY heard that it is a huge adjustment. Let's face it, our guys are spoiled by us. :) They get used to having us all to themselves and then suddenly, there is a new, very needy person in the house who demands a little more attention. It's just so wonderful that you recognize it and are making an effort to carve out that "y'all" time for you and your husband. Best of luck!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07325463194368321895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7217731282921045344.post-30824719688685255192011-08-18T11:40:41.677-04:002011-08-18T11:40:41.677-04:00Love this b/c we are currently going through the s...Love this b/c we are currently going through the same. I feel like some days we are spot on with this whole balance between being husband & wife and mom & dad and other days I feel so disconnected! We are figuring it out one day at a time too and each day I feel closer and closer to having it all together.Shannon Dewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12540419129808698318noreply@blogger.com
