Help please!

I'm an idiot and can't figure out how to post you tube videos to my blog! Any instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Go to the youtube clip you want. On the right should be a field called Embed with some html in. Copy that and paste it into your blog post in html mode.
