My Journey to Happiness

I'm taking my New Years resolutions seriously this year. I did well with them last year and it made a vast improvement in my life and I'm hoping for the same this year. I know it seems a little late in the game to still be talking about them, but I finally figured out a way to track my progress and hold myself accountable.

This year I pledged to be a happier person. In order to be a happier person I feel like I need to figure out just what it is that makes me happy. I recently came across a blog for The Happiness Project and while I still haven't gotten the book it has given me the idea to do something like that myself.

I've always been an introspective person and this project just fits me. I am going to start posting about what it is that makes me happy. I'll write about what I learn, how it's improved my life, and what I need to work on. I'll be keeping a list on my sidebar of posts that pertain to my journey to happiness.

I'm excited to watch this project unfold and really start working for me. Hope you have fun following along!
